COVID Safety Plan and Health Policy
Karen Margaret Studios would like to reiterate how important it is for us all to work together to ensure a safe and clean
environment. Please remember we are following government guidelines and the guidelines of our hiring agreement. We
are trying our hardest to keep everyone safe and happy so please be respectful. These guidelines may change at any time to
stay in line with government advice.
- All students or parents/guardians of students must check in using the QR Code.
- Anyone entering the facility, aged 18 years and over, must be fully vaccinated and must show proof of vaccination
certificate unless medically exempt. If medically exempt, they must show proof of exemption. - It is preferred that all students, aged 12 + be fully vaccinated unless medically exempt.
- It is preferred that all students aged 5-11 years are vaccinated or have had their first dose in accordance with
government guidelines unless medically exempt. - It is preferred that parents/guardians of all students be fully vaccinated.
- Anyone who does not abide by the check in procedure will not be permitted entry.
- Anti-bacterial spray and anti-bacterial wipes will be used before and after each class.
- Hand sanitiser will be supplied. Please use before and after each class and when necessary.
- Please wash hands regularly.
- Please have your own water bottle.
- NO food. Seniors are exempt (small snack only). Please be hygienic and do not share food.
- Kitchen facilities WILL NOT be available.
- Any treats given out at the end of class, must be individually wrapped, and only eaten when you go home.
- Non-touch greetings only and please remind children to keep their hands to themselves.
- Avoid Mouth Ears Nose.
- When necessary, temperature testing will be conducted using non touch digital thermometers.
- Social distancing as per government guidelines must be adhered to and followed.
- Class size will be based on government guidelines and density quota per space.
- Masks must worn and/or be on hand at all times for all students or anyone entering the premises as per
government requirements. - Parents and siblings are asked to wait in the car and not on the premises where possible.
- If you are unwell, please seek the advice from a medical professional and do not come to class.
- If you have been asked to stay in isolation please do so and follow medical advice.
- If you have been around someone who has recently returned from overseas or has COVID-19 symptoms please seek
the necessary advice, do as instructed, and do not come to class. - Please look after yourself and our beautiful community and be diligent with your own personal hygiene.
